The design of the building should incorporate LEED or other green building criteria as these are features expected in the current market. Include green building features such as sustainably harvested wood, low VOC paints and finishes and high efficiency mechanical equipment and a high R value building envelope.

The property will be managed by a professional property management company which will be under contract with the Home Owners Association. Owners will be assessed condominium dues to pay for building management and common utilities, taxes and, maintenance expenses along with reserve fund.
