Urban mixed-use project located in the South Slope area of Downtown Asheville

The Urban Design Concept of the project is to tie the new development into the grid patterns of the adjoining streets in the South Slope area of Downtown Asheville. The project will feature street level retail and restaurant spaces along with pedestrian amenities such as benches, street trees, and a water feature. Traditional urban materials such as granite, marble, brick, stucco, and grass will be used as the exterior materials. The project is intended to achieve LEED core and shell certification.

Project Includes:

  • 150 residential condominium units
  • 15 retail spaces
  • 12 live/work spaces
  • Amenities building with swimming pool, locker, and shower facilities
  • 250 underground parking spaces
